![]() If you move to Florida and have a valid license from another state, you must get a Florida license within 30 days of becoming a resident. If you live in Florida and want to drive a motor vehicle on public streets and highways, you are required to have a State of Florida Driver License. If you wish to drive a commercial motor vehicle as defined below, you must be properly tested and licensed to do so. This manual is available at any driver license office.
